Adorya Baly is a 22-year-old young professional. She currently serves on the Behavioral Health Unit of Peebles Hospital in the British Virgin Islands. Adorya has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psycholgoy and her goal is to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology. She wants to continue assessing the needs of the mentally challenged to help create a more productive, meaningful and safer society. Adorya intends to open a counseling center and a non-profit organization to empower young girls to be their best despite their circumstances. Her ultimate goal is to serve with love and help future generations achieve their personal goals.

Radostina Todorova is from Vratsa, Bulgaria. She is currently working as a model. Radostina's nickname is “Radost,” which means “joy” in Bulgarian. She is always smiling and has a positive attitude.

Paola Nunez was born in the Dominican Republic and was raised by a large musical family. Many of her family members are performers that were born for the stage, and Paola is no exception. She began dancing at the age of 6 and had her big television debut a year later. When Paola was 10 years old, her mother brought her to Canada. The transition was difficult for Paola because of the language barrier and frequent bullies she faced. She made it her mission to become fluent in English so she could stand up for herself. Paola learned to value self-reliance, education and resilience from her grandmother, a key influence in her life. Paola’s peers consider her to be personable, outgoing and generous. Her outlook on life is overwhelmingly positive and she always strives to be a better human being. She studied business accounting and her goal is to pursue her many dreams, including a career in television, culinary training and entrepreneurial ventures. Paola hopes to open her own restaurant.

Tonie Chisholm has had a passion for film from a very young age. As a teenager, she volunteered with the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism. Tonie knew this was an amazing opportunity and was able to work as a production assistant with companies such as BET, FOX and Chowder Inc. This experience ultimately resulted in her decision to make a career in film. Upon graduating high school, Tonie was accepted to Plymouth College of Art in the U.K., where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Film and specialized in production. She remained in London to work for a year. When Tonie returned to the Cayman Islands, she assisted with the launch of Flipside Productions, which is still in operation today in Grand Cayman. After working in the financial services industry, she applied for the Miss Cayman Islands Pageant. Tonie now works as a marketing assistant for the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism and is a freelance script supervisor.

Maria Belen Jerez was born in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. When she was 8, her family returned to Viña del Mar in Chile. From an early age, Maria Belen has been interested in the fashion world and started her first runway classes at the age of 12. Since then, she has competed nationally and internationally, working in fashion shows and even as a television presenter.

Currently, she is in her fifth year of dentistry school. She is very passionate and proud of what she does. In her spare time, Maria Belen enjoys to travel, enjoy good food, go dancing with friends and practice skiing.

Yun Xue is from China and is 21 years old. She recently graduated from university, where she majored in broadcasting and hosting. Now that her new life is beginning, she says her dream job is to be a beautiful hostess. Beauty, to Yun, is not only about figure or appearance. She says beauty is more about one’s confidence, lack of fear, desire to try new things and drive to face new challenges. The Miss Universe Pageant is a platform that taught Yun how to build confidence and team spirit. Yun wishes to share the smile in her heart with everyone.

Ariadna Gutierrez Arévalo was born on Christmas Day in 1993. Ariadna is the youngest of five children and is the baby of the house. Her family calls her “Beba,” which is “baby” in Spanish. Ariadna left home after high school to pursue a modeling career. With hard work, determination and perseverance, she was able to achieve success. She currently lives in Bogota with her two cats and a dog. Ariadna would have loved to meet Princess Diana, as she is one of her idols. For Ariadna, the people's princess embodies class, elegance, and most of all a heart of gold. She was a princess that touched many people's lives. Ariadna’s family and friends call her “Cat Lady” because she loves animals, cats in particular, especially her two children, Abril and Gianni. These cats are Ariadna's closest pals. Her favorite place in the world is wherever her family is. Ariadna believes home is where the heart is. Her family is her heart and the engine that motivates her day by day.

Brenda Castro was born in the city of Guápiles, Limón Province. She is currently studying psychology at Universidad Latina. Brenda's grew up in a large and loving family where she learned her core values. Brenda started modeling at age 15. She became Miss Expo-Pococí in 2008, won Miss Teenager Costa Rica 2011 and was third in Miss Teenager Internacional 2011. After winning numerous titles, she decided to devote her time to preparing for and participating in the Miss Costa Rica pageant. Brenda is a loving person, has great leadership skills and is very committed to reaching her goals. Brenda was declared the winner of Miss Costa Rica after expressing that she wants to help create a more conscious society.

Kanisha Sluis was born on August 12, 1996 in Delft, Netherlands and is an only child. Her family moved to Curaçao when she was 6 months old. Kanisha can speak 4 languages including English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamentu. She is a very happy person who loves to help and inspire young women. Kanisha aspires to be a clinical chemical analyst so she can have the opportunity to work on the ongoing investigations to find causes of cancer, or even better, a cure for cancer. Kanisha started modeling at the age of 15. She competed in a local model search where she got the opportunity to model at Curaçao Fashion Week and various other events. These experiences led her to the Miss Curaçao Pageant. She enjoys being a role model and an inspiration to young women.
