Miss Grand Internationalis an annual international beauty contest run by the Miss Grand International Organization based in Thailand searching for potential woman to encourage and run the campaign 'Stop the war and Violence' to help acknowledge people to avoid the conflict, violence that may lead to War in any form.^[1]

The competition takes place over a week in multiple events spread around Thailand.^[2] The Miss Grand International beauty contest^[3] is organized in Thailand under the is produced under the direction of Nawat Itsaragrisil^[4] and Yuphayao Teresa Chaivisut. Its second edition was broadcast live via YouTube and Channel 7 in Thailand.

The current Miss Grand International is Daryanne Lees of Cuba^[5] who was crowned on October 7, 2014 in Bangkok, Thailand.
